No one was available at register, an employee came up to the front, but did not acknowledge us. I then went to the kiosk, only to realize it doesn't take cash (I use cash for smaller purchases), then they were out of bread, so chips or apple only for the side, and they got my order wrong (I check, it was entered correctly). They can do better than this.
We bought Panera Duets. Tuna Salad and Veggie Sandwiches.Tomato soups and Veggie Sandwich were good. But the bread of Tuna Salad was cold and dry.
I appreciate the attention to my order. The part of the order for someone with an allergy was bagged separately than the rest and the two drinks that looked the same were labeled with pen at the top. The food wasn’t thrown together like most casual dining places, rather it was assembled with care. Thank you for taking the extra time to make enjoying your food easy!
I get that you were closing. In fact I didn’t realize that before I placed a delivery order. But you continued to talk over me before I could explain to you what was happening. Incredibly rude person on the phone. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and nothing is worse than someone ordering right before close. I was going to cancel the order but it had already been picked up. Whatever woman answered the phone a little after 9pm Saturday, December 16th, I’m sorry I placed an order so close to closing time, but don’t talk over customers when they’re trying to explain a situation to you.
