Thank God that bus was 20 minutes late. The guy driving the coffee culture here just happens to make the finest real deal chai around. Worth the seeping time wait.

Delicious pulled pork sandwich, chicken sandwich, ham and cheese sandwich, and bacon omelette sandwich. The coffee is fantastic and they also offer South Melbourne dim sims. There are a few seats available outside, making it a lovely spot to enjoy on a beautiful spring day.

In my opinion, this is the best coffee spot in the Elsternwick/Ripponlea/Elwood area, if not in all of South East. It's my go-to place because I never have to worry about getting a subpar coffee. Grant only serves drinks that meet his high standards. The menu is simple but everything is cooked to perfection, with dishes always bursting with flavor. Though it's a small hole-in-the-wall with limited seating, it's definitely worth standing for.

The small shop offers excellent coffee and delicious rendang.
