I placed the order online at 12 PM and request it to pick up at 2:45 PM . 15 minutes later I got a text that my order was ready by the time I got there.My food was cold.
This place is something else. If the sun is out, you'll be fine. Everything will go smoothly and lines are quick. When the sun goes down you're in for a ride. Not against this location but the people ordering in this area don't know how to order food. You will likely spend 15 minutes in line because the person front of you is still trying to figure out what a taco is and everybody in front of them has already paid and left with their food. Now just because other customers suck doesn't mean we're out of the woods yet. This place is a gamble after dark. You gotta take the good with the bad. Sometime you'll be missing an item or two, sometimes you'll have an extra item or two. I have an overall positive opinion of this particular location, even if I am stuck at 1am while a kid is learning how to drive thru for the first time.
Today 10/05 we went to the drive thru around 11pm the man at the window did not greet us. He overcharged us as well. He didn’t even give us the receipt either. When I went home I checked my bank statement and our purchase should have not been more than $20 yet we got charged almost $30. I didn’t even realize it at the time but he didn’t even tell us the total at the speaker nor the window I didn’t think much of it until I got home. He also shut the window so aggressively he had no manners. I don’t understand what he was doing that I got overcharged for my order.
Because i was on a motorcycle the mamager said they were not allowed to serve me. Completely unacceptable!!
