Pepper Seeds - GLEBE

Just a small thai restaurant with casual food, no highlights plus not so warm service. Seats are small and narrow, it's likely to interrupt people when you are trying to leave from the seat, because there's little space between tables. Went there for lunch, the sauce is ok but the fish fillet tastes not really good. And the Thai milk tea is too sweet!

Came here for a quick lunch before my graduation - not the most glamorous, but we were so short on time! We ordered a vegetable and tofu pad kee mao, chicken pad thai and chicken satay skewers. First thing I loved were the capsicum numbers we got for the order, and the potted plants with 'pepper seeds' written on little boards. The decor was really lovely. Alright, service was great and really quick, which was fantastic. We enjoyed the pad kee mao which has some cauliflower and green peppercorns through it was do tasty. The pad thai to me was not all that nice. The flavour seemed bland and there was definitely more egg than chicken in our noodles. I found the chicken satay a little sad looking since they were so tiny! The sauce was nice, but the chicken was a bit dry.  If you are pressed on time, then pepper seeds is a good place to go, but I say order the pad kee mao and thats it! theminiaturekitchen.net

A great little Thai restaurant in the middle of the Broadway food court. Busy but not unreasonably so, it has quick and friendly service with all your usual Thai favourites. We ordered the panang beef curry and classic Thai fried rice. Both were spot on, full of flavour and just what we needed on this cold and rainy day. My only criticism is that a lot of non-restaurant customers occupy Pepper Seeds' designated tables (signage and everything) to eat outside food. This is rather annoying, as a paying customer of the restaurant I would prefer not to miss out on a seat because a horde of hungry teenagers want to use the Thai restaurant seats to wolf down their double cheeseburgers. Perhaps they could be a little stricter on this? Otherwise, a great place. Will be back.

I ordered delivery and specified no egg in my order - when the food arrived of course it was covered in egg. Not enough attention to detail. Not good enough

Pricing structure isn't right. I went there with friend and we asked for takeaway boxes. My friend got it for free and they charged me for 50 cents.  A "Boutique" restaurant charging takeaway box. Hm sounds like the foodcourt in chinatown, Except in chinatown, the food is cheaper.
