Ресторан расположен в отеле. Симпатичный современный интерьер, но несколько неуютно (здесь же подают завтрак). Еда достаточно дорогая, но при этом не верх кулинарного искусства. В общем то, за цену ниже этой, мы смогли вкусно поужинать в ресторанах недалеко, и сюда больше не возвращались.
Our stay at the Dorint was comp'ed by Swiss Airlines due to their delayed flight. The food at the Basilico Restaurant was excellent -- especially the freshly baked bread at dinner. If we had not been comp'ed, but had known how good it was, we would have paid for it in a heartbeat. Great food, friendly staff, clean, peaceful and serene ambience with view of gardens and green valley. And the coffee was great too.
I spent a night in the hotel and decided to have dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. Ambiance is nice and modern.I started with an asparagus soup that came in a glass dish. The soup was watery and the helping was small.Then followed by asparagus. On arrival of the plate I was already surprised as it ONLY contained 7 pieces of asparagus and some sauce: Nothing on the side, not even potatoes... A bit steep for 25,50 SFR I thought.Ice cream for desert was very good, but that was not done in house...So I paid a small fortune of 54 SFR for the above, plus a small beer and a coffee after. The service was friendly, but sometimes slow, they took 15 minutes to take my desert order, and another 10 minutes to present the bill...Not what I consider a good dinner all in all.
