Saladbar - Glastonbury

I tried this place for the first time recently. The employees were so nice! One employee encouraged me to put more toppings on my salad since it was included in the price and gave me some recommendations. I also got an iced tea which was good. There are a lot of toppings and menu items to choose from. I enjoyed my salad, it was so good. I live closer to the Rocky Hill location so I’ll definitely go there.

Pleasantly surprised by how good this place is. Will return the next time we want salads for our meal.

Would not recommend this location as far as handling issues or concerns. Ordered a salad on 7/5 and it was missing 3 main ingredients (the main ones why I ordered the salad). Called and spoke to Kayla who said she would credit me. 3 days went by and nothing so I called her again and she said she had to call the 3rd party to see what happened. A week and a half went by and still nothing so I called Kayla again and the same excuse. It’s now 8/7 and still nothing even after calling her again over a week and a half ago saying she would just mail me a gift card to make up for the trouble!!! Lot of promises but no action!! Update Called the store per the owners request only to have the manger (Kayla again) throw her own team members under the bus saying they answer her calls for her and don’t give her messages and she has no idea what I’m talking about for issuing a gift card!! Wow!! Way to be a manager and support your team!

Ordered from here several times and always good quality. Ordered online today for pick up. Back at the office, I opened my salad I noticed they forgot a few ingredients. Called and spoke to a really nice woman who offered to remake it and deliver it! Awesome customer service ?
