The food taste deteriorated in the course of time. customer service is ridiculous that they do not feel welcome. guy over counter always on handy gives stupid look when something asked. mostly busy staff looking for supplies. must avoid.
Painful and terrible Halwa-Armili breakfast I had not recommended in years. total waste of money
All reviews about this place are all positiw, what surprises me, how come we had such a bad experience last night? an intro: I had tried before (a few times) at events eating out sheerin palace. this company buried in past (now, I don't know). so I must know about this place. I've never been to her restaurant since I decided to go there to visit my hubby. So we came on Sunday evening, really excited to taste authentic Pakistani food. we have not even been properly welcomed once we have entered. there was a man in the cash register, the slighly annoyed in our participation. I asked him, hello, it's okay if we sit down. he said yes what they want (with an angry face). I answered what they have and he just showed us what is in the glass display. he has not even explained what the offers are and leave us insecure. then he pushed in some urdu, a type from the kitchen came in and served us. this guy is much younger and has a better customer service. at the end we bought hühnerberiyani, vege beriyani and chicken jalfrezi. both beriyanis are averange, but the huhn jalfrezi is delicious! we decided to sit in the past despite the planning. my hubby said we should eat at home, they don't want us here. the restaurant was empty. after this experience, we both decided that we will not return. sheerin palace, if you read this: please train her staff to be more friendly to her customers. please also label their foods that are in the display. we are not Pakistani/Indian, so we do not know what that is. the only reason why I came to her restaurant was to present my Scottish nibs of authentic Pakistani spits. but they have failed our expectations.
Fantastic homestyle Desi asian food at great prices and all cooked fresh on the premises by the very friendly staff who will help you choose a dish that suits you. Everything that is available is displayed under the glass counter and dishes differ every day....If available when you visit, I would recommend Chicken and Spinach, Kofta and Egg, Vegetable Curry, Lamb Shank and Chicken Jalfrezi. Nans and Chapattis are cooked fresh to order. Rice is available every day in a Chicken Biryani version and sometimes they do a brown fried rice with peppercorns and chilli's that's delicious. Good selection of other interesting items like Seehk Kebabs, Pakora, sweets etc. On Saturday we had Chicken with Spinach, Bhindi Curry, One Chapatti and two cans of juice. We sat in and paid £11.00. Forget the mainstream and get real.
