My go to place in Richmond for bubble tea. Great refreshing drinks and friendly staff. Keep in mind they are cash or debit only. I highly recommend the grapefruit or grape tea with sakura konjac jelly. The konjac jelly is a great alternative to traditional pearls as its just as chewy.

I'm not taking takeout orders for rice balls, and I'm not answering phone calls. Can you invite a few more people? I'm impressed.

Let's go to the one in Burnaby.The last few times I've been there, the guy at the front desk with short hair and thinness (she must be a woman? has a terrible attitude. The food is still as good as ever, but hiring this kind of employee will lead to bankruptcy sooner or later.
