Snooze, An Am Eatery - Gilbert

I've been saying for years. If you want elevated foods, you'll have to pay for it. Snooze is the example. Great food, but you'll pay a good price for it. From the outside it looks like nice place to eat breakfast especially now since the weather is amazing. Inside is just as nice. It has a young vibe to it, music playing, and most of the customers were young as well. The bathrooms were clean and brightly lit. I ordered the Bella, Bella Benny, an eggs Benedict dish. The only problem with the dish was the bread was an inch wide and about 6 inches long and it didn't look like much at all. I thought I was going to be hungry but I was pleasantly satisfied. The flavor was on point with different contrasting flavors. You can tell the person that created the menu knows their stuff. I also had the orange juice (which was poured from a gallon jug) and I'm a little sad it wasn't fresh but I understand the cost and time to make it. I judge a breakfast place and will return by the coffee mostly. The coffee there was excellent! The staff looked really nice and they treated us nicely as well. I will be returning many times to eat all of the dishes that looked so good on their website.

Absolutely impressed with this place. The creativity and flair with their food. The pancakes.. so many fun and yummy options. They have some cool adult beverages too. I saw the benedict section ???? You must give them at try. The service was excellent and they all work together. Never an empty glass the whole time.

Been meaning to try this place out and finally got around to it, and it definitely stood out for me as a great breakfast joint! I?ve been to many highly reviewed ones around the state that end up being nothing special really. But here, the eggs and hash browns I had were already so flavorful, that I didn?t even want to put any hot sauce on mine, and I love my hot sauce! ???? The staff we encountered were all very friendly, and genuinely upbeat. They were eager to suggest changes we could make to our dishes if we wanted to mix things up, which is always appreciated, since I?ve been to a number of places that are less accommodating. Will hope to visit again soon in the future to try more foods, and bring more people with me as well!

The fact that?s its located in Gilbert downtown, the ambience is so good, but alongside comes a long wait time. Please make sure you check into yelp to get into their line. The food was amazing and the waiters was really friendly. A good place for brunch.
