Today I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and the bread wasn?t even toasted : unfortunately Inever have time to get it fixed due to having to get to work. I keep going back optimistic but I think today will be my lasttime.
Had a fantastic experience this morning in the drive through. I?ve never ordered coffee from here and only a handful of times (ever anywhere else, so I asked for help from the girl taking my order. Her name was Sam and we had a good time laughing aboutmy coffee ordering incompetence. I wish I knew the name of the girl who made the coffee so I could properly credit her here.She came to the window and waited to see if I liked the drink she made me since I had no clue what to ask for and what I liked.She then showed me the ticket on the cup that I can use for future reference. Two incredibly sweet and thoughtful gestures, allover a simple cup of coffee. Thanks random coffee girl : If a manager sees this, please do commend these two! I?ve noticedsome negative reviews around the customer service at this location?so let these two know to keep doing what they?redoing! Visit was on 8/8/22, ~11:35am.
As an 18-wheeler driver, I've visited numerous Dunkin' locations and have always been able to walk up to the drive-thru window to place my order. However, at this particular Dunkin', the employee refused to take my order, despite me showing them my truck. This experience left me feeling really frustrated, and I wish I had chosen a different location. Moving forward, I'll be going to Starbucks instead.
I ordered from Uber, but unfortunately, they didn't have the donuts I wanted. Luckily, Emily stepped in to help me find a great substitute. Excellent job, Emily!
This is the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I ordered an iced cappuccino, but when it arrived, it looked like a large cup of milk with hardly any espresso or ice. When I requested a fix, the young man told me that this was how the drink was "supposed" to look. His attitude was unacceptable, so I asked for a refund. I've been a loyal customer of Dunkin' for over a decade, so I know what an iced cappuccino should look like, and that drink was definitely not it!
