I found this place on my first evening as my hotel restaurant was closed. The owner met me and spoke in impeccable English. I sat in the garden, listening to the sound of cicadas, looking at Mount Etna on the horizon and drinking a glass of wine. The food that followed was beautifully cooked and the owner was extremely helpful in guiding my choices. He speaks excellent English and provides wholesome tasty meat based dishes. I'd particularly recommend the pork kebab succulent pieces of pork stuffed with cream cheese and pistachios. Caprese mozzarella and tomato was as delicious as you would expect.
