Last week my family and I experienced a racist incident at the restaurant attached to the pool. After spending two hours in the pool, my kids wanted to eat something at the restaurant. We took a seat at a table, but no one came to take our order. I went to the employee standing at the bar, with the menu in my hand, and asked her if I could order here. She replied without looking at me that the order could only be placed from the table. We went back and waited almost half an hour without anyone coming! Later another family came in, and after five minutes the waiter came and started taking their order! I politely asked, We were here before, can you please take our order? He looked at me annoyed and said in an unfriendly tone, I 'll take their order first and then come to you! Therefore we decided to leave the restaurant. My son was crying and didn 't understand why we left without eating! I hope that you will treat my complaint seriously and understand the situation, and take the necessary measures to hold those responsible for this unacceptable behavior accountable. It was an unpleasant experience where my children and I were exposed to a situation that can only be described as racist and disrespectful to human rights. I hope no one, anywhere in the world, has to go through such experiences. Below is my response to the pool manager 's comment because I was unable to respond directly to his comment. How can everyone remember me when I only spoke to one person? Your way of answering suggests that racism and discrimination are your working methodology and not just a random incident. You are supposed to be neutral when making judgments! No doubt the colleague will deny the accusation and his co-workers will support him! You assume in advance that the fault lies with me! Based on what your colleagues say! What a laughable thing. Since my review was considered disrespectful, it seems that your style is low and you guys fit together well as a team! But I will not remain silent and file another complaint with management higher than you.

Hello, lately I have spent quite a lot of time at this beach, I have only one complaint, the Spa area is full of children every time I go, you cannot relax in the pool or sit and meditate because it is full of children. I wonder if we adults would go to the children's lagoon area??? You can also work a little on the friendliness of the restaurant. Thank you very much and see you in 2024! Visited on: Weekend
