Menu.... there are some pricey items but you could stick to reasonably priced dishes like the Sam Gyeop Sal (Pork Belly Php330), Dwaeji gakbi (Pork ribs in sweet marinade Php400) and Masil Bulgogi (Beef brisket in sweet marinade Php490). Yes, you have to get 2 grilled meats at least to enjoy the charcoal grill. I would recommend getting an order per person. Their banchan (side dishes) are all good and compliments each other. Word of caution, they would only refill once. Good thing is that they also give you free Steamed Eggs and a Kimchi-based soup (a little too spicy for my mom but balances well with the steamed eggs). There's a lot of parking space but it gets really full so you could opt to park on the street on evenings when the street is not busy.
Galbi jim and the korean pancake are my favorites! Their watercress is also very tasty. Servers are attentive and friendly. Meats were freshly served and I enjoyed their korean perillo leaves
We’ve been to all sorts of Korean restaurants around the metro and Masil is the best of the lot. Delicious food and great service plus reasonably priced. Go for the bulgogi and pork belly if you do the grill. Best pajeon!
The place is always full whenever we try going here so we decided to attend the 9am CCF service and have brunch here. And yes, the food was amazing. I will definitely go back here.
Still one of our family's favorite korean resto : Price has increased slightly over the years but it's all good. You get good food for a fair price. :
