Steak 'n Shake - gham

Won't be back to steak n shake. I love ordering at a kiosk but this was so dumb. I ordered for 16 people and had to scan a printed off piece of paper for every drink. The fountain soda was horrible. I stupidly paid a tip ahead of time and did all the work. Dinning room was also

They got the order wrong and then when they redid the order it was way too greasy just very poor

Do not spend your money here. Today I purchased a Cotton Candy milkshake that clearly had been used previously to make a peanut butter shake. Instead of getting a new cup, they reused it. This could send someone to the hospital. This is gross negligence and downright lazy. Never have I seen such a careless act. I called the store to complain and the person on the line did not seem to care, I was already out of Town when I noticed it. Please do not eat here if you want your food to be safe to eat.

Not able to leave a review on the food here because I was not able to order. Had questions and the door but ordering is all automated and nobody would come to the counter, so I left and went to Burger King where they at least have personalized service.

We absolutely Hate the push to replace people with machines. Not sure if we will be back. Also hate being asked to tip when we have to do half the job ourselves. Pay your workers a fair wage.
