Cousins Subs - Germantown

Nice local sub shop chain. This special restaurant was clean, in very good condition. The staff were nice, professional, friendly. I visit cousins at any time when I visit the area (from SC).

I order the same thing every time I call 30 minutes BEFORE my 30 minutes break that made a cheese steak BOWL extra meat grilled well with juicy onions and green peppers on spring salad with tomatoes and extra jalapenos with 3 cups of Ranch ... they create something to forget or now they have compounded my order completely up place and made me a bowl instead of REY

It's fresh. Customer service is great. It's not better than Pot belly's or Jersey Mike's.

Always fresh and delicious. We like the comfortable restaurant, it's still a homelike interior unlike the other Fast Food Burger places. Good staff, too. Five stars!

We have given this place so many opportunities, but according to today's experience I do not plan to come back. I ordered a chicken bacon ceddar several times, but that's the first I had in where the meat was. There was no decent chicken in my entire 7 sandwich. Only lumps of small pieces of meat. I tried to eat, but it had to turn halfway through. Very inconspicuous. My husband got a cheese steak and he wasn't much better. The frits and curls are good if you're able to get them hot, but that's all I can recommend from this location.
