Chili's Grill - Germantown

Although slightly expensive for a party of 5, our experience at this restaurant was wonderful. The food was delicious and we will definitely be returning in the near future. The manager was fantastic, very attentive, and made us feel warmly welcomed.

Upon arrival at the restaurant, we were greeted by notices on the front doors listing 15 menu items that were currently unavailable due to supply chain issues. We attempted to order chicken tacos, only to be informed that they had been removed from the menu. We then decided on shrimp tacos, which were on the menu, but were later told they could not be made. Ultimately, we settled on a hamburger and potato soup, but were served the wrong soup by the waitress. After discussing our dissatisfaction with the manager, who offered no resolution or compensation, we decided that based on this experience, we will not be returning to the restaurant. Many other guests also left upon discovering that their desired items were unavailable. Despite being regular customers for years, this disappointing visit on 8/7 has led us to make the decision to not patronize this establishment in the future.

The host was really rude ...wait time was long with no one waiting felt like they were just giving long wait times so people would leave... we ordered to go and the food was horrible my husband burger and fries were salty to the point that he wasn't able to enjoy his food....my Buffalo wings were salty as well let the cook had a very heavy hand with the salt I couldn't eat them I have high blood pressure and gave me a headache if I could give a 0 I would
