This was our first time checking out the food trucks in Georgetown and I absolutely loved the way they had everything set up here. Plenty of seating, a playground for the kiddos, a restroom trailer (which is better than it sounds) and several different types of food and drink trucks. We tried Bites and Brews and were impressed by the variety on the menu. I tried the variety pack to get a little bit of everything (1 cheeseburger, 1 Philly cheesesteak, 1 hotdog). We were surprised at just how little the bites were. If you're really hungry I'd recommend getting two entrees. The food took kind of a long time considering it wasn't busy at all. I liked the food but didn't really care for the beef on the burgers- it was pretty fatty. The pretzel buns were good but I definitely think they could have more flavor or at minimum more salt. The strawberry limeade was out of this world delicious! I will definitely be back and would like to try more on the menu as well as some of the eats the other trucks have to offer.
Ordered the phillycheesteak, cheeseburger and tator tots. All in all it was very scrumptious, the best part is the homemade pretzel buns they have. They are a little bit on the salty side, but still very delightful. They should also use a spice blend to toss the tator tots, that would make them sooo much better. But still, very friendly staff, good food, they also require your number so they text you when your food is ready, that was nifty.
Delicious! Get the lemon limeade. The made-fresh-daily dough they use is absolutely magnificent. Pretzel dough heaven, really. You can pick blindly off of the menu and you'll still leave happy and full!
Ordered the blueberry brew and strawberry Lemonade. Not worth the price.. Blueberry brew looks nothing like the picture, no fresh blueberries, no lemon wedge.. I feel like I could have made it at home. Shot of blueberry syrup lemonade..
