Every corridor is well-presented, the natural flavors have been approved, and there's attention to texture disputes. Usually the most important dish is worth mentioning, wanted duck with butternut and cassis. The wild duck has a perfect cuisson and is associated with butternut in the shape of a cream and some pretty raw cuts. The attention was fully stolen by a piece of baked ducks that the term voterza would do this stick in question incorrect. In total experience, volta must be careful for few to take. Delicious dishes, tampered plates, professional service, and a nice setting, that shouldn't be. For an extensive review, [ hidden link]
Top bartender with impressive cadder, but it won't stay there, top secret and super-secret, delicious aperitives at the top, and then tables in "the central," super-velocity, but we didn't have much cheese.
I dined at this restaurant with a large group of 14 people and I must say, the staff did an excellent job accommodating various allergies and picky eaters. We opted for the course sampler and the special requests were handled professionally. Personally, I stuck to the menu and found everything to be delicious, from the sweetbread to the pigeon to the cheese plate. The atmosphere was both interesting and enjoyable. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is quite expensive. However, for a special occasion with friends who enjoy fine dining, I highly recommend this restaurant.
I enjoyed the way the dishes were presented at this restaurant. The lunch menu was fresh, light, and the poulet bresse was very tasty. The service was excellent, rating it a 10 out of 10. Thank you, Volta!
We have dined at this restaurant twice and both times we opted for the tasting menu priced at around 63€. The menu consists of 4 savory courses, 2 dessert courses, a couple of amuse bouche, and warm, freshly baked bread served with butter and compound butter. The dishes are creatively prepared using local, fresh ingredients and are presented beautifully. The wine and beer selection may not be extensive, but it is more than sufficient for a casual or formal meal. Be sure to check out the upstairs bar as well, where the skilled bartenders craft excellent cocktails. They are constantly coming up with new and exciting drinks to try. We thoroughly enjoy dining at Volta and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Gent.
