It was a walking distance from our stay and there are not many other places around. The vegan pizza was good, amazing crust, very good flavor. I agree that the middle got a bit soggy from the cheese but I did not mind at all. The staff was sloppy for the wannabe posh place.
The Vegana pizza was filling and tasted okay, the best part was the dough. The cheese was unfortunately very watery (intentional? , so that in the middle of the pizza a lake had formed. Otherwise, the menu has little to offer for vegans. Which is a pity, because a quick browse reveals a lot of great ingredients for vegan alternatives. I suspect this one option is marked on the menu to not alienate groups with vegans and therefore feels like a mere economic calculation. So while everyone else enjoys their 3-course meal with fancy starters and desserts, you sip on your Vegana pizza soup the whole evening. At least they could also mark if any of the wines are vegan. The service was courteous, helpful and brisk. The kitchen has glass walls so you can watch the food being prepared. Side note: we came straight from the beach and felt a bit underdressed for the location.
