Little Creatures Canteen - Geelong

We come here ever so often for group meals or after-work dinner and drinks. Food is decent, lots of space to house bigger groups, very relaxed atmosphere, ample parking which is very much appreciated. Love the interior design and space. However it can get quite...noisy when busy which makes conversation difficult after awhile.

Tables alfresco made good use for a warm evening. Beautiful fog fan system repeatedly eaten laneway fresh. Get some craftsmen’ from inside bar then ordered pizzas via QR table link. All delicious dishes with prompt friendly service.

Frequent participation in our family and have really noticed the great decline in standards. We arrived at 8 tonight (Thursday) and were told it was at least 45 minutes for meals that were not a problem. After sitting, the staff on the use of the app and ordering, no problem, but had not enough menus initially to get us a... ok.... We received our drinks and chips and after waiting patiently for 40 minutes and said that the last orders were for food, we began to ask what was going on. It seems the kitchen only decided to skip the whole meal part.... We were not told that they were actually working in the meals area by one of the “creatures”, but fortunately they would refund the meals that were not delivered, but it could be refunded 48 hours for the money. Really? When we left them alone, we did not feel like a customer, more of a worry, and no attempt to even consider the effects on the waste of our time. Used to be a fan, but decent competition now around, maybe look at your dollar elsewhere in taphouse or a pub in town, or one of the four decent breweries 20 minutes on the road in Torquay. You have lost me Little creatures, time to see your game on both service and menu in 2023, as I would say, it is a great case of grace.

Easy to book online, spacious indoor/outdoor area. No overfill, good interiors. The place was relatively full, but it didn't feel like it was overly busy. The attentive waitress explained the whole process of clearing. Excellent food, prices reasonable compared to some places (Pubs) in Geelong....Neat and clean environment. Very pleasant lunch with family. Thank you.

Beautiful location in an old wool mill. Good outdoor and indoor options for seating. Since it is a brewery, beers are fresh and excellent. The food is a good mix of options and everything we had was delicious.
