Additionally, my food became cold while waiting. I complained to the head office but it was also a waste of time. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
The food was amazing couldn’t ask for better staff they all did there job so well and I would happily go there again
For the third consecutive week, there have been missing items from my order. Tonight, I did not receive any dips with my chicken nugget box, 5-piece chicken select large meal, or vegetable dippers. In total, there were 8 dips missing. Additionally, I received a regular coffee instead of the large one that I had ordered.
Like most people I love a maccies, but for customer service this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been in by a long way. I waited at the counter for a good 10 minutes and was constantly ignored, staff were chatting among themselves and serving the odd drive thru customer. The queue built up before somebody shouted “ are you going to serve over here sometime tonight?”. Immediately somebody came over, why did it take somebody shouting to get any attention? Also another customer mentioned the sauce outlets were empty, a guy behind the counter shrugged his shoulders and laughed at him, no need for that whatsoever. Won’t be visiting here again in a hurry..
Thank you so much to the fabulous manager, Callum Oars, at Arnold Nottingham McDonald's. Without any thought, he donated 3 meals and drinks to 3 homeless guys tonight. Such a credit to the business
