Burger King - Geary County

They may have been having a bed day, but the it was the slowest Burger King I’ve been to. The food was about what you’d expect.

They advertise items on their menu that they refuse to serve. Trash, don't come here go to subway eat fresh.

Got a bacon king whatever, the new thing they have. Was hard to eat. Greasy, slippery, dripping all over the place and so full of sauce and slime it was hard to eat. They need to go to Sonic and get a Sonic bacon double cheeseburger. No dripping grease, can taste the bacon and the cheese. Sorry burger king, your fries are still the best.

WORST SERVICE EVER! If I could give negative stars I would. We have been through this drive through several times over the past month and EVERY time we go through something in our order is either drastically messed up or in most cases MISSING. We have noticed a trend regarding one employee there who pulls the order, if he pulls it, it will probably be messed up in some way, not only this but he is also rather rude. So bad we have stopped going at this point and I've actually taken time to look it up to write this review. Bottom Line: Worst BK I have ever been too, take the extra time and go to the one off post!

The drive thru cashier on 10/30/2016 around 3:20 rushed giving me my total without confirming if I was done. His tone was like he didn't care. This establishment needs to have a course on proper customer service.
