KFC - GS Road - GAU

Dirty and chaotic service. A line of visitors and only one service counter opened. The staff is chaotic, seems not o be interested in customers and screams a lot, without being effective. The counter, the floor and our table was really dirty. Drinks were only 2/3 filled. Not a KFC valid.

The service was quick, staff were good. The location and atmosphere is also nice. The food was good too but a bit pricey.

Once upon a time kfc was a good option. but it is not so any longer. food quality has come down, no innovations, too high priced.

The staff was attentive and took the order for chicken. Timely it was delivered. Four pieces of chicken at Rs. 200 was value for money. Extra sachets of ketchup was also given.

Food is ok for a quick meal. typical KFC food, nothing special. Service is not good. Compromises on hygiene. Also the AC does not work properly. Not comfortable during summer because of poor air conditioning.
