Rotisserie St-Hubert - Gatineau

The service was very good and the food was typical St-Hubert which is always very good. The ribs were done just right and the half chicken was moist

My family enjoyed the restaurant the food,atmosphere, and service. The food is consistent with the prices. There was quite a few options for vegetarians. It was great for the kids too.

Staying nearby at Motel Napoléon craving our fix of Poulet St Hubert when visiting in Province of Québec! Soooo much better than Swiss Chalet in Ontario! Amazed to find a brand new location in nearby Buckingham. Beautiful large dining room; however, we chose to dine in the separate adjacent bar area very modern, beautifully decorated, bar, booths tables seating options. Our server Jean Sébastien was outstanding, professional, pleasant, very attentive explained various menu items to some in our group who had never dined at Poulet St Hubert! Especially appreciated the very cold beer on tap, on this super hot July long weekend day! All of our meals were excellent, the coleslaw is especially awesome, both the oil vinegar and the mayonnaise based, which are served unlimited with many of their fabulous BBQ chicken dinners! Their French Canadian sugar pie also their Gateau Chomeur are incredible! We found their wine beer prices to also be extremely reasonable.

Went with a few friends for a late lunch. Great staff, very polite and professional. The bar is really nice and with a good setup. Great chicken meals.
