Wendy's - Gastonia

I usually have love-hate relationships with fast food restaurants. Sometimes service is good, sometimes it 's 'okay ' sometimes it 's downright awful. I will go out of my way to go to this Wendy 's. They have never messed up my order down the the sauces and napkins. They are prompt with the food and it 's always hot and fresh. I 've never waited a half hour in line here, they 've never been rude to me, and I 've never had bad service or food from this location.

Closed dining room at 5:55 when they saw us try to come in restaurant. Last time we were there the employees acted as though it was an inconvenience we were there and overall we’re rude.Service: 1/5

Yikes! Dirtiest bathrooms I've seen in a while. And I saw both because I couldn't even use the Women's and had to go in the Men's. Also, I think there was one person working there that actually wanted to be there, but about 8 that did not. I felt very unwelcomed. (Is that a word? Food was very good and they nailed my special order, but the atmosphere was SO bad that I don't think I'll ever go back to this location.

Food is alway made wrong and no one ever answer the phone I called 32 times and nobody ever answer the phone my food was completely wrong and when I tried to call to make sure they would fix it they wouldn’t answer the food every time I go to this Wendy my food is always wrong unless I go inside or on the weekends why is thisFood: 1/5

Nasty attitude on the drive thru. Terrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY TIME OF DAY!!!! Serves old food. Nasty bathrooms. Nasty lobby. Dropped food laying all over. Can't speak to a manager because they're the ones with an attitude problem. Go to Hardee's across the street.Food: 1/5
