(sleeps in the head, we knew it would be busy) we waited until 7th one of our party members asked if we would get a table soon. they answered: “We can put together a few tables, but only so they know we are out of wings. we have been for a few days.” wow. it is not the fact that they were outside, I understand with today’s world and weather, it is not always the easiest to get dinge. but not telling us that they were out of the wings when we called and when we came there, it's terrible. the people go there for the wings and let us stand there for 45 minutes without telling us this is unacceptable.
Only 2 stars for service. The wing sauce was obviously Tabasco with butter, the wings were small and the only positive was the poor bartender working the restaurant alone. Easily the worst BWW I've been to. The poor dude at the bar was great, but the restaurant sucks.
1. Ordered through BWW online portal for pick up2. Ordered: the items below in the picture3. Called after placing order to request extra crispy on wings4. My husband arrives for pick up and the young lady notifies him they don't have the Mac n cheese because they are out of it5. I called and spoke to the young lady and requested a full refund and felt that I should keep the wings as a compensation to which she agreed6. I asked for a receipt as proof of refund and when my husband arrives home I saw that that they refunded us partially7. I called to speak to the manager Keke and she said that because I took the wings she couldn't fully refund us8. I disagreed, number they failed to notify me when I called in to request the crispy wings and secondly they could have called to notify us. I would have understood and made other arrangements. But she refused to compensate us in any manner.9. They refunded me the cost of the food, but failed to refund the complete amount with taxes.10. Terrible customer service on the managers behalf. 12.99 of a compensation is not too much to ask for. When they had plenty of opportunities to notify me that they were out.11. I am not upset that they ran out of food. I totally understand. I just feel that it wasn't handled correctly. The moment I called to make changes would have been the perfect opportunity for me to be notified.12. This experience has really put a bad taste in my mouth. After many years of eating there. I just don't feel like ever going back to that location anymore.13. To top it off, they never gave me the veggies and ranch sauce.Bad experience all around.
Been to many buffalo wild wings in the past always enjoyed my meals untill tonight there where 3 of us and our food came out over 5 minutes apart my wife was about done eating before I even got my food my wife and daughter where served cold fries they had no salt for the table the wings where good as normal but got no celery or carrots the guys that came in before us where complaining that they still weren't served and we where just about done eating felt bad for the waitress as she was very nice and the only reason they even got the 2 stars
They took great care of my son and I. I got boneless wings. Should have gotten tenders. Their mild Buffalo sauce was very good!
