If you'll duplicate something I understand, but don't like to get an attitude if I don't return it. And I asked about 4 Burritos and got 3 and a Quesadilla and it wasn't even cut
Spent $40.68 through the ride and asked to park. The order did not have the correct number of soft tacos, yet there was a Mexican pizza.
They are usually from all Sodas, ordered by the ride thru and ask for Mountain Dew with my order, was asked to move forward and they will bring out my order. When I took a drink, it was just carbonized. I went in to change everything her sodas were outside, talked to managers, and she tells me what you want me to do about it? I ordered it, but it didn't come on trucks. I can't do anything about it if they don't send me anything they're out of you, get water or whatever it is, it's not my problem. Put at least one sign or let customers know you are out.
They should simply throw into the towel with this Taco Bell location and the ones on First and 78... absolutely HORRIBLE service, never work in business hours?? constantly commissions wrong..
The food was decent for what we got but the customer service was terrible. Repeated the order twice. Asked for a Pepsi twice, just to get to the window and have to ask for a Pepsi with no ice. Asked for mild sauce and was handed two packets and when I asked for a few more the employee rolled her eyes and huffed... geez. Two packets for everything we got wasn't enough.
