Pizza Hut - Garland

Every time I visit, the staff is always friendly and provides great customer service. I appreciate the convenience of ordering through the window. The pizza appeared appetizing, but was a bit dry with not enough sauce or cheese. I should have requested extra. I recommend trying the ham, speck, and paprika pizza.

I am extremely disappointed with Pizza Hut. I have been waiting for my order for about 40 minutes, even though the app indicated that it was out for delivery. I have not received anything yet. Can I expect some compensation for my order, which I assume will be cold by the time it arrives?

Placed my order at 12:38 on 01-10-22 and never got my order and when I called to inquire about it my call was always dropped unless I pushed option 1 and basically they could see that my order was late and then by 3pm I was past my lunch hour and hungry and wanted order cancelled and my card credited back for the food I never received which was in the amount of 101.89 not a small order and this was the first time we had this kind of service with this location and my card has yet to be credited back and no one from the store has answered and I gave up after 5pm

Pizza was over cooked. Not burnt, burnt but a little on the burnt side. Still ok but had to toss the crust, usually the best part.
