Mcdonald's - Garland

I know that for some reason the McDonald 's in our area are all from Blizzards (and for weeks they have been hidden on the kiosks), but the kiosk let me order a shake and pay for it, and when they brought my order, they also said from milkshakes, and asked if I wanted something else, like coffee (I don't make coffee). I said no. There was no offer of a refund. And then I got up to get cats from the donors, but of course the donors were both empty. Maybe they still do individual catsup packages in the dining room, but if you have a combo meal with fries, that would be a nice thing to offer. How does a McDonald 's manage not to meet customer expectations in 2023? ?

Well, I finally downloaded the app and was thrilled to use it for the first time. I'm on the ride and the guy asks for my order, I asked, shouldn't I give you the drive through code first? He said something, and I said for the app, and he said we don't accept codes now. Did not know that there was a certain time frame that the app is usable. After taking my order, I went into the window, pulled out my card to pay, and he says oh, we don't take any cards. Didn't give me an explanation, why was the system down? Or the card readers don't work? But since I had no money, I just left. What a waste of time.

Problem with the drive thru order and communication about why it took so long. Was in the line in the car thru and other cars got their food. We waited at least 10 minutes and I had to go in, but got no attention. Then they said the order was taken into the car. Ah! You should have guessed what was going on, there would have been no problem.

I waited for over 40 minutes for a curbside order. 1 happy meal and medium fries, went inside and they acted like they didn’t know what I was asking for, showed my order on my phone and they kept asking for my receipt. They finally gave me my order after about 40 minutes
