Denny's - Garland

I should have gone after I went on the floors, was disgusting, very poor customer service. There were many employees who help clean up, but instead the young girls in the front were on their phones all the time. The coffee was cold and had to ask another waitress who was nearby because our waitress was not where to find.

Patricia was a good server, and I was impressed that she could remember complex orders without writing them down. Coffee is always hot, but it is not a five-star restaurant. Fortunately, they accept the AARP card because we old people are cheap. Food: 4/5

Always a great place for coffee and a good meal. This location has been for years and always has a stream of customers so that the coffee is always fresh! Food: 5/5

I don't know what happened to this Denny... The staff never comes to check if we need refills, food is simply thrown together, fries were more oily than an old Chevy 350, was served with a fork and spoon to eat a big dumpster melt? Asked for knife and got a plastic.. I could go on, but I'm on a 1% battery. Oh and no more refills on apple juice...

I absolutely enjoyed our meal and our experience here my server was amazing! She made sure we always had refills on our drinks, was very polite, and was over all just a delightful person. I wish I could remember her nameso she could get the recognition she deserves.
