Chipotle Mexican Grill - Garfield Hts

So I would absolutely give this place as one of the better chipotles in the cuyahoga area you could go to if it were not for the absolutely absurd charges they attach to the sliver of extra portion. I get it, this is probably an issue caused by higher management in chipotle, but it’s ridiculous here. If you dare ask for even just a little bit of a portion (possibly due to the subjective view that each worker is providing an actual full portion) they will immediately say it’s extra and charge you a $1.55. This is specifically attached to rice and cheese. Portions are also hit or miss on the primary proteins. Sometimes they will think just cause they dipped the portion spoon into the protein serving container, that they are indeed grabbing one full portion but this is not true. A worker served me a portion of chicken where most of it fell off and she did not replenish that serving and dared to ask me if I wanted double meat. I get you have to be strict with portion cost and such but it’s gotten ridiculous at this location and I recommend other locations.

Was there for someone else, I haven't ate it since 2009, trash now.

The store was filthy, understaffed and out of half the items I wanted on my burrito bowl. I was hesitant to even eat what I ordered based on how messy and dirty the kitchen serving area was. Sure enough I felt sick the rest of the day after eating here.I love chipotle, but this location needs to be better managed and maintained. Horrrible experience.

This is the dirtiest open kitchen I’ve even seen. I cannot believe people eat food prepared at this location. ?
