Applebee's Grill - Garfield Hts

Restaurant wasn't too busy. Staff were friendly even though I didn't see too many staff members. My order came out in reasonable time. And the restaurant was cleanParking: Plenty of spaces. Never too crowdedWheelchair accessibility: I saw a ramp

This location was convenient. The waitress was pleasant but, however we had to constantly remind her of our waters, silverware and extra napkins.

I came with my family, and there was only one server. 80% of tables were empty, and we had to wait for 45 min to have a table. Really poor service, horrible experience.

They take a long time to deliver something, I ordered an Alfredo and waited for half an hour. The atmosphere is on a mountain, the view is very nice, but the weather is not very short on staff and the food was very small.

They never have servers so the wait time is long. Waited for an hour so we ended up getting half off apps. Wonton tacos were nadty. Sat at the bar the weekend after and was told there were no servers. Just ordered drinks and manager did a great job with the drinks.
