They were personable, polite, and efficient with every customer. I even had to return because my tea bag broke, but there were no complaints from the staff. They apologized and quickly remedied the issue. Excellent work, team!
I ordered a hot chocolate and it was terrible. It tasted like they used water instead of milk. This is the first time I have ever had a bad hot chocolate.
The food and coffee at this restaurant are incredibly tasty. However, the drive-through service can be quite slow. Occasionally, they have someone outside to help speed up the process. Due to the slow drive-through, I now only use it on weekends to avoid being late for work like I have been in the past.
I want to start with I have been coming here for a few years and never had problems. I'm not sure if they got new staff after the recent renovations or what. I sat in line for 30 minutes. I get it. This starbucks is usually busy. But about 15 of that was after I ordered. We finally made it to the window and I paid. Waited and edited for my drink. They hadn't even started it yet. The guy was asking the register girl if the drinks were iced. She said no. I spoke up and said umm yes they are. She goes oh.. yeah it says they are right here. The manager. Comes up to the girl very close. And says.. oh you have an eyelash on your cheek and proceeds to pick it off... umm can you just help them make drinks? At this point my drink still wasn't started and I asked for a refund. Thr girl at the register asked me how I paid. I literally just paid with you. With my card. 2 minutes ago. They had plenty of time to have had my drinks ready and again I have never had problems here. Long waits sure. But never thing long and my drink is always ready or close to ready when I pull up. Non of this flirting with the coworkers at the drive thru window instead of making drinks.
It’s a high volume Starbucks so know that. I don’t see anyone standing around so I wouldn’t say the efficiency is bad. As for attitude I have no bad experiences.
