Cocina De Dominguez - Gallup

Found this place while she went down 40 from ABQ, and it was a solid recommendation. The only Chile Relleno with the beans and rice was much for a lunch. The service was a bit sluggish though 3 servers were on the ground, but maybe they were slammed. Chips were good, but they seemed to the salsa a small plastic cup. But would go back for the Relleno.

We stopped here for hours. They train new employees, but they still went beyond and beyond in customer service. The food was delicious, they checked us often, and the place was very clean. Some of the best food we had out here. Thank you.
