Indochine Banh Mi - Gaetz Brook

Ordered the coconut curry soup and the korean bbq pork banh mi expecting to eat half of each and save the other half for my kid for dinner and it was absolutely impossible. The banh mi arrived still warm to my house and it was spectacular I couldnt stop eating it. Sorry kid. I did leave half the soup for him though, only because it was so much food I couldnt fit anymore in I tried very hard) Soup was delicious and so hearty. Well done Indochine, you surpased expectations and are now my favorite Vietnamese go to

The owners are the nicest people I have ever met and the food is exceptional. Highly recommend! Everything on the menu is delicious but I especially recommend the lemongrass chicken.

This delivery person is the first ever to actually read the delivery instructions for this location. Yay!!!! I order from this location frequently, always the same chicken sandwich and it never disappoints. Im usually ordering supper (so no caffeine) but today it was lunch and I ordered the Vietnamese Iced Vietnamese Coffee and I am obsessed! The coffee was much darker than I anticipated thus much more agreeable to my taste. And thats it, Ive never been in person but Im going to play parking karma every time Im downtown during the day just to get this coffee. I didnt get it today but the coconut curry soup is incredible. I get chicken or tofu and their mint lemonade is sublime.

I usually get the pork meatball sandwich and its great, but this time the bread tasted stale and it wasnt even warm. The lemonade didnt taste fresh either.

The Lemongrass chicken was great and a reasonable portion. The (large) Pho Ga was ok in flavour, but incredibly disappointing in the portion size. The amount was not even close to what is pictured; I wasnt actually sure there were noodles in the bowl until I dug around with the chopsticks.
