The Palace - Fylde

This was our first time that we were ordered by the new palace and we are very happy to have finally found a local Chinese takeaway. our food came earlier than expected, the supplier was nice and the food was nice! we also have some freebies that were very appreciated. Thank you!

Just had a lovely sweet and sour and singapore delivered to our campervan on time and the food was delicious. Delivery guy was lovely and polite keeping number for the next time we pass through. Thanks guys for a lovely tea

This restaurant is one of the few places that offer vegetarian meat. My partner, who is a vegetarian, really enjoys their dishes, especially their off-menu satay vegetable meat. The food is always delicious, but there is usually a wait of at least 20 minutes if you dine in. The restaurant always uses fresh vegetables in their dishes.

I just ordered my usual Chinese dish from this restaurant, which has always been the best I've had in a long time. However, tonight was the worst experience I've had with their delivery service. Despite being a regular customer, I received incredibly rude customer service from the person on the phone, who insisted that my order was incorrect even though I always order the same thing. This lack of customer service was extremely disappointing, and as a result, I will not be ordering from this place again. The owner should consider providing customer service training to their staff and apologizing for the mistake, rather than just being rude and insisting on additional delivery charges. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.
