Fukuzushi - Furano

It’s pretty pricey but dam this was perfect. the temperature of the rice and ingredients were right.

This restaurant is famous for the Jumbo size sushi, so I tried to order one set of Jumbo size sushi. It costs ¥1800(without tax) but overall speaking, I don’t think it is worth it. When I arrived at around 8pm, no one was at the counter and everyone looked busy. I waited a few minutes before a staff realized and lead me to the tatami seat. The staff serving me was very kind and passionate, she explained to me the size of the sushi and you can choose to have a normal size if you cannot finish the jumbo size. I waited for around 15 minutes before I get my sushi, and my legs started to feel itchy. I wonder if the tatami and cushions are clean. The sushi is not as big as I thought, and seemed only the rice is big but not the sashimi. Tasted normal, not surprising. Good thing is that you will be full after the 8 sushis, but it costs a bit too much.

We wait 2 hrs for Katsudon, 1 hrs for sushi, and ebikatsu didn't arrive. They also want to charge us the ebikatsu that didnt arrived! The attitude of the staff was so bad. They even yell at you. Bad service. Food here is overpriced !

Good sushi, but definitely not the best I ever tasted. Pay attention when ordering, their sushi has a lot of rice, so you might want to order small size at the beginning. The ambience is nice and they have bar, table or tatami seating.

Excellent fresh sushi and its fishes and ingredients. The chefs and staffs are very friendly. Cozy place. Fast service. Big serve!
