Pros: The front staff were excellent. We came to our room very early and were immediately checked. All our questions were answered quickly. The breakfast buffet was excellent and many others consider that we have experienced. Cons: We found the shower control lever more challenging but acceptable. Location to Disneyland is wide but acceptable. We use the free shuttle service

We had a 3-day stay for a Disney trip. When we arrived, they had a $200 deposit, which was not definitely expected by our budget, the staff friendly room was clean, but the bed was a little uncomfortable, also the drawers from the dresser, which kept opened by the self, the breakfast buffet was great! Probably the best part of the hotel.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Cons: I brought my dog with me so I was placed in a room for pet-friendly rooms. Although it made room for my pet, it was left over the cigarette smell in this particular room. Other then that the hotel was amazing and the pool and hot tub was great!

Had an amazing 5 nights here with my family of 6! Nice hotel! The beds were super comfortable! The rooms are a little on the small side and have some wear, but they do a great job to keep the hotel immaculate and make the friendly, helpful staff more then for each of the small mistakes. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we ever had? They had an incredible buffet with delicious pastries and parfaits, potatoes, eggs, bacon and sausage, cold cereal, oatmeal, fruit and salad?. Plus another main course every morning, cookies and gravy and strawberries Crepes were our favorite! The buffet host made us feel at home and all employees were so friendly and happy. The pool was quite large and the perfect attempt for a cool refreshing bath and the hot tub was hot! Both were very clean! (We saw them clean every morning) hotel is near the highway, but our room confronts the courtyard and pool, so we never heard any street noise. Walls must also be well isolated because we have never heard our neighbours. The shuttle was a big bonus! The driver was so friendly and did a great job!! Absolut LOVED this hotel and hope to stay again at the next visit to the area!

Positive: Our room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, near freeway access. There is a huge lot for easy parking. The breakfast buffet was great lots of options, with a varying menu each day. Negative: My husband found the mattress to be a little too firm for his liking.
