Wirtshaus Schwarzer Hahn - Fulda

Siamo arrivati in tarda serata e abbiamo provato questo ristorantino che si trova nel corso principale. Il personale molto simpatico e le porzioni davvero abbondanti. Noi abbiamo provato due piatti tipici tedeschi che nn erano eccellenti ma nel complesso molto buoni accompagnati da due belle birre. Soddisfatti!

Gelegen im alten Kern von Fulda, in der Nähe des Domes und des Schlossgartens,urig eingerichtet, einige Plätze auch draußen vorhanden, gerade im Sommer sehr schön, weil hier eine Gastronomie neben der anderen liegt, leckere Biere und Weine im Angebot, die Speisen sind zünftig und deftig, insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

We loved this place. We ate indoors on a pretty warm evening - typical German cuisine, traditional decor, huge portions and excellent value - there is nothing not to like. Totally recommended.

Con una decoración muy peculiar, basada en gallos, este sitio podría considerarse como un típico bar alemán, con comida basada en cerdo y espárragos (si es la temporada). Buen ambiente con comida y cerveza a precios razonables. El servicio no fue de lo mejor comparado con otros lugares de la ciudad

Schwarzer Hahn restaurant provides sitting inside and outside. As was raining we choose to sit inside. Decoration is very German with lots of pictures and photos on walls. Staff are non English speaking but they do have English menue. You need to know a bit of German to choose the right beer. We choosed to have traditional kummel braten and bay shweineaxe which are pork meals. Other one was vegetables with grated cheese backed in pan,  called gemuse phannchen. Meals have been huge.There was good selection of beers but I did like Hefeweizen.
