Andy's Frozen Custard - Frisco

I have never written a review before, but after my visit to Andy's Custard two nights ago, I felt compelled to share my experience. My friends and I were impressed by the exceptional service provided by Jacob, who was sprinting between cars to take orders. His speed and dedication were truly remarkable, and we were amazed by his work ethic. Every member of the staff at Andy's should strive to be as hardworking and dedicated as Jacob. As someone who ran track at Clemson, I have seen some impressive athletes, but Jacob's speed was unmatched. It was truly incredible!

I typically enjoy eating at Andy's, but my experience tonight was not great. I ordered a Jitterbug and when it was served to me, it did not contain any Heath bar or espresso. In addition, it appeared curdled. I returned it and the staff was very friendly and made me another one. However, the second drink was very bitter, as if it had too much espresso, and the cup was cracked and leaking. I was quite disappointed.

Delicious frozen custard that you can't go wrong with any choice. Their strawberry shortcake sundae is especially tasty. It melts quickly but still absolutely love it.

The concretes are not concrete at all. I HATE melted ice cream, if I wanted melted ice cream I 'd order a milkshake or even regular ice cream. If I 'm paying $7 for one serving of ice cream that is named concrete I 'm fully expecting it to be hard insome way. There was a line however being in the ice cream business, they shouldn 't make our MELTING orders BEFORE we reach thewindow. They said that 's how the ice cream is, that it isn 't melted it 's just how concretes are, not hard. Never coming backagain.

I'm originally from Ohio so I never had or hear of frozen custard. I thought I'd give it a try. Im so glad I did absolutely ???? yummy. They are quick with great service.
