When I spoke to the manager, he consulted the staff, and they claimed they had added those items. He told me, "I'm not saying you're lying, but they said they added it, so I believe them." He also suggested it might have disappeared while being grilled. It feels like this restaurant has been profiting from my orders without delivering what I've paid for, not including the tip. Instead of being apologetic, the owner insisted that his employees don't lie. When I mentioned the possibility of writing a review, he said he didn't know how to process a credit but that I could come in. At that point, I decided I'd rather take my business elsewhere after so many years.

I used to always order the number one dish, but it's no longer on the menu. The new option isn't as good as the original. Please consider bringing it back!

The bread on our sandwiches was not fresh and soft; instead, it was crunchy. I was surprised, as it is usually quite good here.
