Little Caesars Pizza - Fresno

I went to pick up a pizza and encountered a rude staff member who asked if I had placed an order. When I said no, he simply replied that they don’t take orders without any explanation. I was really taken aback by this attitude. It’s clear they don’t value their customers or care about our business. I will never return here again. It’s obvious they don’t need my patronage, and that’s fine by me!

The customer service was satisfactory. However, the pizza was a bit overcooked, and it didn't have enough toppings or sauce. It turned out hard and dry, which was quite disappointing. I don't plan on ordering from this place again.

The pizza was delicious, but the service left much to be desired. They were quite busy when I arrived. I had placed my order online, which indicated that it had been loaded into the hot box, but when I got there, it wasn’t there. My husband had to wait in line with six other customers. When there were only two people left in line, he tried to speak to the staff member at the front, but he ignored him. I checked my email and saw that they had sent the code for the hot box. My husband mentioned that he searched for my name, but the pizza wasn’t in the hot box at all, and then my name disappeared from the system. I placed the order through the app at 8:48, and it was supposed to be ready by 9:15. We ended up waiting until 9:38 just to finally speak to someone.

It's my place for pizza. Great prices, good fast food, you can't go wrong. I came here tonight at 9:00, they didn't have hot and ready, but it was like a 6 minute waiting time. Melissa was on the front and her energy and pleasant attitude is infectious, so I really don't wait. Went to savemart got a drink back and it was ready and she remembered small personal things and made it just so pleasant. It's the little things I did there.

Came in on my lunch and MELISSA was my order taker . That girl deserves a raise nd a promotion . She was so friendly nd nice . Her little voice makes you juss wanna smile . Plus she starts a convo which I like . Good Job Melissa , we need more of you !
