Boss. Pizza Wings - Fresno

The door Dash driver drove around my neighborhood for 10 minutes while he looked for the knit restaurant that was five minutes away then drove to the restaurant and rather than contacting DoorDash customer service he sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes because he couldn’t find the restaurant. I contacted the restaurant to find out what was going on with my order and was told the driver most likely couldn’t find their location and they had no way to contact door dash or the driver. This irritated me… the manager quickly said he would personally deliver my order to me. Upon getting ready to leave the restaurant the driver finally found it and delivered my order. I was highly impressed with the way the manager handled the situation. Great customer service! Thanks again!

I'm writing this review because there were none and I wish there had been. I'm not from here but apparently this is apart of a place called John's Incredible Pizza. I did not try the pizza. I had wings, the jalapeño poppers and the maple bacon cinnamon rolls. Chicken was nasty. They were supposed to be lemon pepper, no flavor at all. Jalapeño poppers looked nothing like the picture on website. They looked a mess and were subpar. The cinnamon rolls only had some cheap maple syrup on them, no icing or bacon like the pictureand tasted doughy still. It was an over the phone order and the one start is because the girl was nice. Waste of $28. Will not return

This place was horrible my family did not like the pizza or the wings, the wings did not have any seasoning on them and I spent almost $50 bucks when I could have went to the grocery store lesson learned I will never return to this place again and please don't go off the pictures of the food it looks good, but it's not a waste of money sooo disappointed

This is actually John's incredible pizza... it's false advertising!!! Unfortunately, my husband fell for the 1 FAKE review! If there was less than one star, I would submit it! How about ZERO star! Do you recall the pizza they served in elementary school?! It was almost like fake pizza... on a bread type dough, with weird fake cheese and basic red sauce? Well, that's exactly what this pizza is like. I would buy a frozen pizza at the supermarket before having this pizza again! WE WILL NEVER BE GETTING PIZZA HERE AGAIN!
