The operating hours are confusing, leading to either hunger or overeating. Many staff members are rude or uninformed, posing a risk for those with allergies. However, the smaller dining hall in McLeod is a more reliable option compared to the larger locations. The food can be tasty, healthy, and fresh at times, but inconsistencies are common. In some cases, customers have gotten sick despite reassurances from staff about the safety of the food. Sodexo fails to address complaints and often serves frozen items with cheese sauce, watery vegetables, and crunchy rice despite warnings.

I dined at Sodexo every day for two years, and I have to say it was a terrible experience. The ingredients were cheap and the preparation was sloppy. I found out from a Sodexo manager that the vegetables were not properly inspected on one of the days they were delivered. I even found a hair in my omelet made from those questionable vegetables. It was truly disgusting. I have attached a photo showing the unsanitary conditions.

The dining experience at the submarine sandwich shop is lacking. Quizznos does not honor coupons and there is a long wait, up to half an hour, to order anything, even just a coffee, at the recently renovated Tim Hortons.

The hours make very little sense, and you will often be hungry, or else you'll end up stuffing yourself so that you aren't hungry later. Most of the staff is really rude or has no idea what is going on (this is a problem if you have allergies), but you can generally trust the one small dining hall in McLeod over the larger two locations.To be fair, sometimes the food tastes okay, is kind of healthy, warm, and still fresh. Generally not all in one day though.Sometimes you'll end up sick in my experience, because even through two separate employees assured you an entree was safe for you it was NOT. Sodexo will not respond to your complaints. They seriously don't care.Your food will still be frozen sometimes. Milky cheese sauce is on everything. Vegetables will be moldy. Rice will be crunch. You've been warned.
