Przekaż informację zwrotnąI ordered a $55 delivery order for 2 Pizzas, bread twist and bone in honey BBQ wings. When the food arrived we received boneless dry wings. Basically chicken nuggets. Nobody bothered to tell us this. When I called to speak to a manager to get this fixed I was placed on hold for 14 minutes then they hung up. No customer service at all. Very unprofessional and the girl was just rude!! I'll never order from here again.
Customer service very poorly waited over an hour for my food. Plus the food wasn’t right and didn’t have my correct ingredients and it was very cold ,
I wouldn’t order from any other store. The quality of food and the service from the drivers are outstanding. I have cancer and Domino’s was the first meal I was able to taste after my treatment. I order it a lot and will continue to do so. Outstanding service!!
Ok I ordered at 10:10pm it now 11:10pm and I was just told due to staffing problems my pizza was going to take at least another 35 minutes. If I don't get my pizza I will never order from this place again and will demand to talk to the owner. It's not like there is not ppl looking for work so hire some people and fix your problems. Cause I didn't know that cause they are short ppl that it's the customers fault. Good thing they do the 30 or less any more this store would not make any profit at all.
This location is forever late in preparation and delivery. I order from other stores locally and out of state with no problem. I live five minutes away, Apparantly it is lack of drivers, franchise owner needs to do more for customer satisfaction.
