Papa John's Pizza - Franklin

I wanted to order pizza on the phone. order for 2 medium-sized pizzas (the special) for $14 but was not executed. at 9:30. So I said good delivery. then she didn't tell me medium pizzas. I could get another big one. then I ask for a discount for not getting the special and she refused to give a discount. the worst pizza place I've ever seen. I will not have papa johns again!

Do not order them from this business they take their order and calculate their card then call them back and say they can not deliver their order, which I am sorry business when I wanted to go and pick it up, I would have ordered as picking again not order from this business

I'm a truck driver broke down and at a motel...my order never made it..and I never received a courtesy call canceling...thanks for nothing

I just ordered a pizza online and it sent me an email saying my order was canceled. I have 8 times and every time they hang up on me! I won't ever use Papa John's again! They better not charge me for a pizza that they canceled and keep hanging up on me. Very bad buisness

Called at 8 said their open till 10 and told they are closed
