Wendy's - Franklin

I love Wendys. If you don't have much money there, you don't want to spend much money, they have a big $5 bundle bag that you fill up. The service is fast that they never scare my food like McDonald. The staff is always friendly. Food is always fresh

Line slowly moves to all hours of the day, but the food is good for a Wendy's

The food was good. Don't eat as warm as I would like, but they were good for my nephews.

Eating was good as usual. but this place is not set up to drive as it is today. they have to open and let us in. I would go more often, but if too busy they would block the traffic. Go!

Great Customer service. Ordered a meal with a milkshake was given a soda instead, no big mistake. When I made the girl that took the order aware of the mix up she fixed it right away, no fuss still smiling, and told us keep the now extra soda as well. Meal was same as every Wendy's but friendly customer service makes a difference as was the case here.
