Wah Sing - Franklin

I got the combo dinner and it was really good surprising because I hate the combination plates in the rule, but this combination plate gives them so much food! I'm really happy with the little bites.

Arrived to place a take out order. Not a sound in the kitchen. Waited 10 at counter. Middle aged man came out. No eye contact and answered phone to take order then another phone rang in kitchen he put 1st caller on hold answered 2nd call, took order then returned too 1st phone and completed order. I politely asked if I could get an order to go. He not only didn't answer but acted as if I wasn't even there. As he walked back into kitchen I stated that it looks like he needed more help. Again no acknowledgement. I thought I was quite patient but after waiting almost 25 without so much as a nod of acknowledgement I feel there is no customer service here. I probably should have called in my order as I was standing at the counter. Can not recommend this establishment.

Update: This place has improved since my last review. The oil is always fresh, the food is hot and delicious. I totally recommend it!

Not the same management anymore. This place is completely different. Cold, hard, tasteless food.

Long time customer, always delicious chinese food and generous portions. Im 30 mins away but still make the ride passing several other chinese restaurants on the way here.
