It finally comes out and it’s literally refrigerator cold. I tell the server, she’s apologizing. I’m like “it’s not your fault”. Anyways…she brings it back out and it’s on a new bun, w/ one less less meatball. And they nuked it…to death. Bun was rubber, and the meatballs were cooked to the point of no return. Inedible, not an apology from a mgr…no one from the kitchen came out. So I paid for my drink and left. Probably will not be going back here
You haven't been served by a top of the line bartender until you have been served by Jess! Worth the trip for this kind of treatment! The food is good and the portions are more than expected! This place will become a habit if you give them a chance!
Great little bar. Parked my semi at the walmart and walked over. Juicy cheese burger and those train wreck tots are delicious.
One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Food was not worth the wait, server was oblivious to surroundings.
We had an overall good experience at Holly J's. We went as a table of four, and it came out to just under $100, which included 2 appetizers and one mixed drink. The Fried Pickles and Mozzerella sticks were decent, nothing to write home about but weren't bad. Kind of average, I'd say.The Calzone, WAS HUGE! My friend had it and was very satisfied with the flavor and was truly blown away at the size of it, especially for the price. The loaded Mac and Cheese was a huge hit for my wife, who loved it with the pulled pork and bbq sauce on it.Our son had the grilled chicken fetticini Alfredo and enjoyed it. Said the chicken was a bit bland but good overall.I had the #20 chicken with bbq sauce (grilled chicken, bacon, and Swiss cheese. And bbq sauce) the serving was small in comparison to the other dishes but was still of good size. The flavor, however, was incredible. The mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese as a side were also very good. From a service standpoint, the waitress we had was very friendly and took her time explaining our dishes when we had questions. The food did come out a bit slow but certainly wasn't a deal breaker.Although a bit pricey for my liking, we will certainly ho back, and we are already looking forward to trying that massive calzone.
