Absolutely disgusting here, folks. There was a rat scurrying across the kitchen floor and when I told the staff, they said they're inclusive and support diversity. This restaurant should be shut down and gassed for pubic safety. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Some very homemade, fresh and, I believe, authentic food. First time trying Bao Buns and they were delicious. ! The simple noodle dish had nice fresh ingredients and the broth was very flavorful, but it was extremely salty. To the point I poured off the broth and just ate the noodles and vegetables. The restaurant waiting space, felt cluttered, like walking into the back of a work kitchen, so a bit unsettling even as a take out shop. The owner/cook was very pleasant though. I felt, the price plus tip was a bit steep for the amount of food and salty issue.

Loved my first experience here!! The open faced bao was so soft and fluffy!!! Literally perfect blend of ingredients and melted in my mouth! My partner loved it as well! Not only was the food amazing, but the owner was so nice and welcoming- we loved the atmosphere and everything the store stood for!!! 10/10 love an open liberal place of work. I will always rave over and support small businesses like these! P.S. Lovely lovely store owner- if you’re reading this- don’t forget about the Nutella Bao ; I’d love to see it on the menu as a dessert bao one day!

Stopped for this treat!! GO BAO TO WHERE YOU CAME FROM The bun was as described “@daringfoods concoctions; the plant-based strips stewed beautifully, absorbed flavor, and are nice and tender”. Can’t wait for the noodles!! So proud to have this in Franklin. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
